NYCHA’s Permanent Affordability Commitment Together (PACT) program

The New York City Housing Authority has a program called the Permanent Affordable Commitment Together (PACT) program that partners with private developers to rehab currently existing housing.


I thought I heard that NYC is the largest landlord in the nation?? This program is a few years old already. Sounds promising.
